To tell the philosophy of viticulture and olive growing natural and residue-free Progress Country & Wine House and to experiment with the guided tasting what it means to produce quality wine and Olive oil respecting the territory and its uniqueness, a special tasting area has been created. Next to the cellar in the basement, it welcomes, by telephone reservation, up to 50 guests in a modern rustic country style environment, equipped with tables, chairs and counters, monitors for presentations, product displays, a particular fountain, with barriques and vats in wood and Concrete Tulipe for the aging of red wine and a wine caveau to store special Italian and international wines.
The tasting of wines and oils is accompanied by the tasting of typical local products with a kitchen dedicated to warm dishes and food. Upon request and prior telephone reservation, it is possible to organize, in addition to tastings, aperitifs, receptions, private anniversaries and any occasion with the help of external catering.
Progess Country Wine House offers guided tours of winery, including tastings of the estate's wines and locally sourced products.
